VoiceInbox is a voice-first email client for iPhone. You speak; it writes, refines, translates, and sends. It also helps you compose messages that you can copy into iMessage, WhatsApp, Slack, or anywhere else.
Gmail, iCloud, Outlook, Yahoo, and any standard IMAP server. Add an account in about 30 seconds — credentials stay on your device, in iOS Keychain.
Dictation just transcribes your speech word-for-word. VoiceInbox understands what you mean — it adds punctuation, structures paragraphs, can change tone, translate to 99+ languages, and rewrite drafts. It's a full email client, not a dictation tool.
99+ languages for both speaking and writing. You can speak in one language and have your email written in another. The interface itself is in English to start, with more interface languages on the roadmap.
Your email credentials never leave your device — they're stored in iOS Keychain. Voice audio is processed in real-time and discarded; nothing is recorded or kept. All connections use TLS. Your messages are never used to train any model. We're built in the EU and follow GDPR.
